Contact Us

I read every message that comes through. If you are writing about an article, a correction, a product you think I should review, or just want to share what worked for your pet, I will get back to you as soon as I can.

How to Reach Us

The best and only way to contact Aid to Animals is by email. I do not use social media for this site, and I do not have a physical office or phone line. This keeps things simple and ensures I can focus on answering your questions properly instead of managing multiple channels.

Email: contact@aidtoanimals.com

I usually respond within one to two business days. If you do not hear back within 72 hours, feel free to send a follow-up — sometimes messages get buried, especially if I am dealing with a sick pet of my own or researching a new article.

What to Include in Your Message

The more detail you give me, the faster and more accurately I can help. Here is what works best depending on why you are writing:

Reporting a Problem

If you found a broken link, a typo, or a page that is not loading correctly, include the exact page title or URL. A quick description of what went wrong — for example, “the link to the PetDesk article in the preventive care guide leads to a 404 page” — helps me fix it immediately rather than hunting around.

Disagreeing With Something

If you think something in an article is wrong, outdated, or misleading, tell me why. If you can share a source — a veterinary study, a guideline from a professional organization, or even your own vet’s advice — I take that seriously. I update content when better information comes along, and I credit readers who help me catch errors.

Asking About a Specific Pet Health Issue

I understand the urge to ask a quick question when you are worried about your pet. But I cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or offer personalized medical advice through email. I am not a veterinarian. If your pet is showing symptoms that concern you, please contact a licensed veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. If you are unsure whether something is urgent, I have written a guide on common warning signs that require immediate vet attention — that is the most useful thing I can offer from a distance.

Product and Service Recommendations

If you have a pet product, book, or service you think I should review or mention, send a brief description and why you believe it would help my readers. I do not accept payment for positive reviews, and I only recommend things I have either used myself or researched thoroughly.

Advertising and Partnership Inquiries

If you represent a company and want to discuss advertising or a partnership, send a brief overview of what you have in mind. I work with a small number of advertisers through Google AdSense, and I occasionally use affiliate links for products I trust. I do not accept sponsored content that I do not believe is genuinely useful to my readers, and I do not publish guest posts from unknown sources or content farms.

What I Cannot Do

To be completely clear, here are the limits of what I can offer through this contact channel:

  • I cannot offer veterinary advice, diagnose illnesses, or prescribe treatments.
  • I cannot provide emergency assistance. If your pet is in distress, call your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
  • I cannot guarantee a response time. While I aim for 24 to 48 hours, life happens, and sometimes it takes longer.
  • I cannot review every product sent to me. If I do not reply to a PR pitch, it means the product is not a fit for the site at this time.

Before You Email About a Health Emergency

If your pet is experiencing any of the following, do not wait for an email reply. Contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital right now:

  • Difficulty breathing, choking, or blue gums
  • Suspected poisoning from food, plants, chemicals, or medications
  • Inability to urinate, especially in male cats
  • Repeated vomiting with blood, or severe diarrhea
  • Seizures, collapse, or sudden inability to stand
  • Severe trauma from a fall, accident, or attack

Your pet’s life is more important than anything I could type back to you.

Privacy When You Contact Us

When you email contact@aidtoanimals.com, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I do not add your email to a marketing list. I do not sell your information. I do not share your messages with third parties. I keep emails only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or resolve the issue you raised. If you want me to delete your message after we are done, just ask.

Response Times and Availability

I check email every weekday morning and usually once on weekends. I am based in the United States, so my response times follow Eastern Time business hours. If you email on a Friday evening, you may not hear back until Monday. During holidays or when I am traveling, responses may take up to five business days. I appreciate your patience.

Thank You

Whether you are here to correct a mistake, suggest a topic, or just share a photo of your pet, I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. This site exists because people like you read it, and your feedback makes it better.
